The company parties are great. Christmas bonuses each year. Fellow employees are easy to get along with making the job a little easier.

Cons

Low hourly wage for what needs to be done. Benefits are costly or non-existent. Although it is an ever changing environment, management does not seem to be able to keep up sometimes.

Company has gone so much corporate since sometime at beginning of 2025. Use to feel like family. Now Like they don’t care about employees so much like they did before.

Pros

Sonic is arguably the best company I have ever worked for. The culture and co-workers are amazing, it feels more like family than anything else. The free lunches on Fridays, the quarterly meetings, and company parties contribute greatly to this culture. Highly recommend if what you desire is a low stress work environment. Additionally, the company is also more than willing to hire entry level candidates or candidates with little experience.

Cons

The company has a high attrition rate because they do not pay enough once employees are trained and have a few years of experience under their belt. The focus of HR is solely focused on the company not its employees, which contradicts the company owner's M.O.
