The founders really believed in their employees and mentored them. Some individuals went from customer service roles to upper management.

Pros

Sonic solution had a pretty good product Roxio: not expensive and easy to use. The company located in the beautiful Marin county. It is a great place to work.

Nothing coming from my memory.
