We strive to promote a culture where team members support each other, share knowledge, and leverage each other's strengths to achieve outstanding results. Seeing how many of our employees are remote, we have utilized easy, accessible avenues for teams to communicate, but sometimes the lack of in-person interaction can hinder those conversations. It's good to know where we should readdress those avenues of communication.
