The best thing about working at SonicWALL is the Work/Life balance. Everything moved at a glacial pace with no one accountable for anything.

Cons

Product Management were mere paper pushers with no idea of what the market needs, engineering with no innovation as they were always the followers and management always proclaiming to the employees that their technology is the best in the industry and they were the pioneers for inventing many things.
