Over the last almost 13 years, I have been able to do many different things throughout the organization. I have had the pleasure of watching SonicWall ebb and flow. The magic of team work exists throughout SonicWall no matter which department or division you work within. The culture is great, leadership is supportive and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the employee and the employee experience. When something doesn't work out, leadership is there to help find a solution. They don't allow you to just throw in the towel and walk away. Sometimes they see things in you, that you wouldn't necessarily see in yourself. That is an important quality in leadership, and this is the first company that I have ever worked for where that quality exists. You get out of this company what you put in. Like with most companies, the chances to advance or learn something new doesn’t just appear at your feet. You have to be a part of the team, you have to put in the work, and ditch the “that is not my job” mentality. When you do, the return is pretty awesome!
