Many colleagues are good people and good at their job. Decent work/life balance. A good place to work for beginner.

Cons

Senior management needs to be more competent, especially in Marketing and Engineering. Lack of professionalism, strategic and organizational changes are executed slowly and ineffectively No career growth

Pros

Good people there trying their best to do their jobs. Most are professional and there are a few very talented folks there. Director level and below are a great group of people doing the best that they can with limited resources.

Cons

Definitely a wall of separation from exec mgmt and the rest of the employees, not really open to suggestions, even though it is repeated often that they are in communications to employees. Emphasis on competition between organizations, not encouraging cooperation & collaboration. Very top heavy at VP level for that size company. Strategy seems very short term focus...lots of "fire drills"

Pros

While I worked there, there was a good, fun comaraderie amongst the individual contributors. Good place to learn how to work with the channel.

Cons

Not much respect from upper mgmt towards employees. Poor compensation, no raises were given for years. Be sure to do your homework on salary requirements prior to accepting a package.
