Pros

Killer product roadmap and a highly motivated team. Big enough to play to win, but small enough that new people can make a big difference. Competitive salary and employee equity program that gives even junior people a chance to share in the company's success.

Cons

Consumer electronics is a holiday-driven business and things certainly get busy in the leadup to the fourth quarter. It's no secret that voice-powered speakers like Amazon Echo and Google Home are a threat, but the company is on the right track through partnering with these services.
