      Pros

      Compensation and stock option were excellent early on. The work was very interesting I looked forward to work every day.

      Cons

      Honest communication was not a priority. Highest concern was how the company looked, leading to over spending on building locations and accoutrements.

      Pros

      Great people, great product, great perks and a great culture at first. Dedication to doing the right thing for their customers. Seems to really try to do the right thing for their employees, but...

      Cons

      Told that everyone has a voice but quickly disparraged when outspoken. Continued to over hire and overspend though everyone knew the sales forecasting and market planning was flawed, resulting in layoffs. Product development is very slow due to indecisive upper management and too many cooks in the kitchen fighting over their piece of the pie.
