Pros
Loved the culture and the people at Sonos – everyone was excited about what they were doing, and I met a ton of great people. It's a good company if you want independence; you get what you put into it, and I had to be a self-starter during my time there. For someone who needs a lot of direction, this isn't the right fit, but if you're self-motivated you'll be fine. Really enjoyed my time here. Great HR, which is a rarity. The culture and the people seemed at the forefront of the organization, which was nice. Awesome product, though the market is becoming more saturated.
Cons
The company hired too many people at once and couldn't sustain the growth. Inconsistent workload, but that probably comes with the territory. Salaries were on the lower end of the spectrum.
