Sonos is a great product and brand. It has the cool factor and attracts dynamic, highly intelligent employees and offers excellent benefits
Cons
HR was not supportive. After getting a negative evaluation I spoke to HR and it was clear they were not on my side. Lack of clear leadership. Our department had no leadership or clear processes which led to lots of finger pointing, gossiping and inefficiency. Lack of work / life balance. This job took over and it was more often that not that I worked 60+ hours a week. They purposefully avoid specifying work hours so they can push people to the limit
