Remote, although not anymore. Company passionate about it's products and history. Lots of long term employees with stories and continuity. Good hiring with smart folks. Growth opportunities

Pros

The best and brightest people who I've ever worked with. The corporate culture encouraged everyone to reach their highest potential through constant collaboration and self determination.

Cons

Failure of executive leadership has been publicly evident and obvious. The new CEO and continuing reorganizational efforts are attempting to turn the ship around. Time will tell if they will be successful but, sadly, the company is not the Sonos that I used to know.
