      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Plenty of incentives and events to keep morale high. The people that work here make it all worthwhile.

      Being an international company, sometimes differences in cultures can hinder success of ideas.

      Pros

      Not too much to mention here. Maybe one can say that SONY is generous when lets people go and happily pays sizeable amounts...

      Cons

      The Japanese and anglo-saxon corporate culture was never reconciled in this company. Initiatives usually come from "western thinking" but Japanese power sets out the framework in which anything/something can be done at all. Extremely a power culture, although it makes a huge effort not to look like one.
