      A full inmersion into a transnational conglomerate

      Pros

      Transnational conglomerate with rich history in both products, markets and culture. Probably one of the few organizations with the know-how and capability to pretty much build and deliver anything anywhere.

      Cons

      Just as any mega-corporation, making the whale move (elephants are small for this description) in a different direction is a monumental task specially with a traditional Japanese management that tends to be not the most dynamic.

      Was a really great company to work for, but has been declining the past few years because of poor management. The people are what is amazing about this company. It's truly a family.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what it is doing. There are too many "cooks in the kitchen" so trying to get projects done requires a lot of energy. Too many people want to have their say in projects that really shouldn't
