      Good job, but almost impossible task

      Pros

      Good management and base salary is fair. Training provided is good and insightful and equips you well for conversations with customers.

      Cons

      Targets to attain share of market place within stores are almost impossible, due to Sony's persistence of being premium in the market with a lack of meaningful promos. Furthermore, the commission incentives are worse than the competitors offer their promoters.

      The company is good for foundation learning. Great colleagues to work with if you exhibit the right cultural traits.

      Cons

      Depending on your role, may easily be made redundant when they restructure business. A lot of legacy processes that is in place and hard to have any change management.
