      Pros

      The product portfolio is the best in the industry so it is fun working towards promoting all the great toys Sony makes. There are (were) a lot of great people across the company so while some can be frustrating to deal with, others keep you engaged.

      Cons

      Some of the strategic decisions made defy logic. The company was forced to go through another massive layoff because of tough business conditions but i feel that the lack of sales had to do more with poor management than anything else. As an example, we were very good at running out of product at the wrong time leaving store shelves empty.
