      Pros

      Great holiday policy. Free Friday every month. Good discount on Sony Products. Standard benefits similar to other tech companies in Bay Area. Great culture. Good management.

      Cons

      For some teams too much involvement from Japan Team. Metaphorically you cannot move a chair from one place to another without their permission in some cases. Not the same case for all departments. Not much discount on Play Station.

      Because they are in a very competitive market, they have positive competitive vibes on business development. Still, many career opportunities within the whole Sony group.

      Cons

      Because the benchmark is Apple, Samsung, LG, TCI, etc, it is a fact that employees are facing a little bit of frustration on competition.
