      Wonderful company culture. Many talented individuals who are team-oriented and helpful in achieving innovation and excellence in Sony's products within the tech industry.

      Cons

      Very challenging work environment. At times, it can be very difficult and demanding. However, I found it to be very rewarding since it gave me the opportunity to learn, grow, and overcome these experiences.

      A lot of smart people that will step outside their normal responsibilities to help if you need it. Benefits comparable to other large companies. Flex benefits are really good.

      Cons

      Lack of consistency and standarization across the groups. It may feel eclectic at times.
