      Pros

      Company is pro employee, and worked hard to encourage a work/life balance. Fostered a "can do" culture. I worked with a great group of diverse and knowledgeable people from whom I learned a great deal.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Sony spent too many years resting on their past greatness, and are now trying to catch up with their Korean counterparts. This has resulted in Sony needing to cut it's workforce significantly.
