      Good benefits, nice office environment, good hard working people. Has nice products but behind the market with introduction.

      Cons

      Many internal systems that need consolidations; many meetings to get things done, communications on strategic directions lacking; behind the market with new products; somewhat bureaucratic with Parent company setting directions that trickle down to subs. Very little HR presence to guide employees on career, benefits, etc.
