      Great pay, great people, good atmosphere. Work life balance is good too

      Focused on the wrong priorities, spending too much money on cubicle walls raising and lowering and painting the walls every 2 years, instead of focusing on innovation.

      Company direction seems all over the place. I believe the real problem lies at the top where Tokyo is holding onto their old ways which is hindering the growth and innovation of the company in the US.
