Pros
I was lucky to be a part of a great and passionate team. I improved my skills greatly and was given many opportunities to learn the ins and outs of the business.
Cons
Very hierarchical, which made it difficult for teams to be efficient as any innovative solutions would need to be approved by many different levels. It took our team 6 months to get an expense card approved so that we would be able to book travel for sales associates.
