      Pros

      Lots of work, if you wish to stay on top.

      Cons

      Japanese management with no US business experience. Poor understanding of future need. Top management need to be replace with better visionary leader. There are few Sr. leader taking SEL to grave. Giving customer support and service with people with no expertise cause loyal customer to leave.

      Pros

      A respected Company, where the employees are very helpful, team oriented and proud of the Company legacy. It is cool to have insight to the new technologies within the Consumer Electronics industry.

      Cons

      Recent issues have been weighing heavily on the Company. The performance review process is a nuisance, a couple years ago they moved from an system based process back to "paper" ... word document. Cumbersome.
