Pros
Great being part of such a massive and ever-producing company. Exposure to new tech. Fantastic ability to reach out to any dept/division and make contacts readily. Great is you are a workaholic.
Cons
No career paths, mentoring programs, or any direction at all if you want to move up/laterally. Upper mgmt doesn't seem to have a clue what's going on and their decisions hugely impact the lower levels. Dated marketing mentality; not in touch with what consumers really want.
