Large company with lots of opportunities, people I met while working there were kind, supportive, good people, across departments. Was very impressed with consistency of that throughout org.

Cons

At time, hardware company still trying to make it work in not-so-newly digital world. The insight and talent was there, but Tokyo HQ for Electronics very hesitant to innovate or try new things, unlike other branches of Sony. Had trickle down to US head quarters
