      Pros

      Fun, new products to learn about, always changing and different. Allowed for some down time to get yourself prepared for what is next, but great busy times as well

      Cons

      Corporate was completely misaligned with the stores. They had no clue how to support the stores and give them what they wanted. Red flag when they are closing more stores than opening!

      Pros

      Great employees, decent pay, the opportunity to learn many different functions and enhance your skill sets. Sony has awesome technology!

      Cons

      Senior Management holds their positions because of relationships they have with Japan NOT because they are qualified or educated. Many executive management level employees do not have an MBA. There is a lot of politics, backstabbing, and bullying from Senior Management which makes for a very stressful environment. Employee morale is extremely low.
