Everyone who works there LOVES Sony. The moral can be challenging at times but everyone is there for each other. The love is infectious

Cons

Everyone loves Sony so much it's hard to see past the walls and what the future could be. They need to create a culture of trust from the top down.

I loke working with Japanese coworkers, they are very clever, polite and never agressive. The company has its own speed, which is suitable for young professionals who are starting their career and need time to understand the electronic business. Many professionals get the chance to grow and achieve better positions.

Cons

It's awful if you enjoy life-quality, as employers many times need to work until 9pm. Bad crisis management, lacks top-down clear communication.
