      Pros

      Great Company and top of the line Electronics, High End TV's, Portable Music Players. Management was always helpful and the USA Team was always to help you meet and exceed the next level. What a Great Team!

      Cons

      There were no con's working with Sony Electronics our to the SE Region. Sony's High end and top of the line electronic products are the best in the world. Sony's name is known World Wide and preferred by the world.

      Can get good discounts on the products

      Cons

      You need to gang up and gossip to survive in the company. Very political and people are arrogant, loud and rude at times. New people may have to prepare being bullied and scrutinized. Not easy to work in the Japanese culture company. Unsystematic and processes are not well documented.
