      Pros

      Some really cool technology and lots of untapped potential. Most co-workers are very passionate and capable, if not shell-shocked from round after round of layoffs. A good place if you're really into office politics.

      Cons

      Few, if any, of the executives are true leaders. The current path seems to indicate the company will become irrelevant -- there appears to be no real strategy whatsoever other than laying off more and more people. Colleagues in Japan are in no way aligned with local realities; duplicate and contrary efforts abound.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment, good job options, good 401k, pension value plan, medical, dental and vision benefits, overall not that bad

      Cons

      Not that great pay, 401k vesting periods, company is not doing good in consumer electronics industry due to heavy competition and hence bonus may not be that great
