      -stability given it is a big MNC -work life balance since there are clear processes to follow and you are only require to complete those processes on a weekly basis

      Cons

      -process-driven (even if they can be extremely outdated & inefficient) rather than result-driven -company value seniority in the company over competency of individuals, and thus the existence of very hierarchical culture -people who stay are generally people who value stability, a 9-5 work life balance without the stress for upgrading yourself -not a place to go if you are looking for constant learning and challenges
