      Pros

      Great work environment Very cool products Very nice people willing to provide assistance whenever asked. Excellent work-life balance

      Cons

      Sony no longer a household name. Pursued "content" strategy rather than a "manufacturing" strategy which caused smaller Korean and Chinese competitors to gain market share and ultimately pass them. No career path.

      The area is nice and spacious which makes for very comfortable working environment. It is pretty easy to move around to different departments.

      Sometimes there is lack of direction.

      great salary decent benefits overall very understanding leadership flexible schedule\ great place to work if you're not interested in gaining promotion

      Cons

      not enough vacation time not much of a chance for upward mobility not much of a chance of promotion and very political when it come to raises in salary
