      Good household name but that is fading

      A lot of useless "Planning Managers", feels like 3000 Planning Managers working there. Everyone title is Planning something, no one is really working. If you don't belong to a group, under some hotshots, you are doomed. All job listings are phony, they already spoken for but because of EOE, they have to post jobs, give you false hope of getting career advance. The only way you getting ahead in your career is to kiss rear ends, a lot of it or you are on insider track.
