      International environment. Company gives you the freedom to change job responsibility by moving from a division to another or from local to international roles. Good company benefits. Very nice people.

      Cons

      very hierarchical structure. work is often repetitive and it seems there is no space for being creative. In some areas work-life balance is not ideal.

      lots of responsibilities within one position career opportunities at local and international level opportunity to interact with a lot of departments

      it is sometimes difficult to maintain work/life balance the offices are usually not in city centers and not ideally located for commuting solution
