      Pros

      Very friendly colleagues in regional office. Fun and challenging work. Quality of goods. Proud to say "I work for Sony".

      Cons

      Not supportive HQ colleagues. Slow decision-making. You're requested to work instead of several people, but you're not paid enough or get additional motivation/promotion. No cutting-edge technologies lately.

      Still a recognized brand within the consumer electronics industry and maintain a strong position in the broadcast industry

      Cons

      Severely lacking any local product development and relying too much on past successes with no new innovation. Totally lost site of the changing market landscape
