      Pros

      Still have the Sony name to build on!

      Cons

      Have been very slow reacting to the short cycle business of consumer electronics. Cost exceeds the ability to compete with other Korean brands. Bureaucracy seems to be norm.

      Sony still manufactures some of the best products in the categories where they compete and it was great to be part of the company during some exciting launches.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and vision, lack of leadership and development opportunities. Employees lack passion, excitement, enthusiasm and professionalism.
