-International teams -Interesting projects if you are in the right teams and level -Time off and work/life balance are taken very seriously

Cons

-Can be very, very slow -As with every big corporation, it's not the most modern when it comes to communication styles and tools that are used -Career growth is not great as people stay there for 10-15 years
