Business Outlook
Pros
Some really cool technology and lots of untapped potential. Most co-workers are very passionate and capable, if not shell-shocked from round after round of layoffs. A good place if you're really into office politics.
Cons
Few, if any, of the executives are true leaders. The current path seems to indicate the company will become irrelevant -- there appears to be no real strategy whatsoever other than laying off more and more people. Colleagues in Japan are in no way aligned with local realities; duplicate and contrary efforts abound.
