      Pros

      Company with global brand name. It's definitely a boost to your resume to have Sony listed as an employer.

      Cons

      Class system between SEL employees and contractors. To much politics, bureaucracy and CYA going around instead of actually working. No communication between departments and no real work-life balance, even if they claim to do it.
