      Pros

      The company talks the talk. They even have special training they sent everyone to. The point was they want you to come to work and work hard, but then go home.

      Cons

      They don't walk the walk. Some Management ignores this and thinks that if your salaried you're on call 24/7, when there are really no emergencies with the work.

      Pros

      Great perks like onsite gym, additional holidays above the traditional 11 days a year. Wonderful location in Culver City.

      Cons

      Upper management seems only interested in promoting themselves, inflating their titles while not growing their own skill set. That leaves the rest of us without developing skills that are transferable or make us competitive in the job market. Imagine working somewhere for almost 10 years, and realizing your 10 years at Sony amounts to nothing every where else?
