      Disorganized and Lack of Growth

      Pros

      The perks are great and include: free access to the onsite gym, movie screenings, and Christmas week off. The pay and bonus are also good, but is dependent on how well the studio as a whole does.

      Cons

      Layoffs have been occurring every year that I have been here, and due to the layoffs, career progression can be stalled. Also, most of the lower level employees are just here to collect a paycheck. In addition, a lot of the groups are very toxic because of its egotistic VP.

      Pros

      Fun Product. Fantastic Benefits and a great place to come to work everyday. Lots of PTO and vacation time and lots of additional perks.

      Cons

      The environment was very closed door & lots of unhealthy politics. Really screwed up overall morale & you could feel it. Many people left and were laid off. People moved up and were promoted that did not really deserve it. Due to all the politics.

      Pros

      Overall a good working atmosphere. People are nice and visible efforts to unite staff top down using common goals and objectives.

      Cons

      Every line of business has a (separate) department called digital, but none of them seem to have a clear strategy or active grip on the market. Home entertainment specifically is Still spending more time on trying to sell DVD and bluray than embrace efforts in the digital space.
