Business Outlook
Pros
The company cares about work/life balance. They offer great amenities like fitness classes and a gym, programs for you to help the needy, discount on Sony merchandise such as electronics and DVDs.
Cons
SPE is just a small arm of a huge Japanese company. Sony's main concern is the electronics division and not so much the entertainment side so the two sides don't communicate much so their is a disconnect. This is fine on a day to day basis but for big picture plans, it can be a problem.
