Business Outlook
Pros
Nice colleagues, good benefits (great medical insurance plan), reasonable management, work environment is simple and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and very little politic in the regional office. Highly recommend to people who are looking for work life balance.
Cons
Very little support from LA office. Policies and infrastructures are too US-centric. Regional people have to find their own ways to make things happen yet not validating "company policies" that sometime don't make sense in Asia at all. Too much time spending on explaining local needs to LA management who don't seem to understand (or want to change).
