Lack of recognition, Incentives are sometimes hard to acheive without everyones effort being up to par. Lack of compensation for work done.

not too much overtime required company seems pretty secure some good people to work with some interesting work pay is ok

management is poor large projects run for years then cancelled no incentive to do well no career path management does care about doing things well, just meeting deadlines

Interactive and engaging social activity, open door management. Great office location right in downtown Vancouver. There was a retired hot tub on the roof top. The barbecue still remains.

Cons

Salary are average and below industry standards, mostly to attract recent graduate in computer engineering department. Company's culture is not visible enough to entice great workers to stick around.
