* They treat employees on h1b as slaves and won't give any raise/promotion if you're waiting for i140 * Colleagues are hard to work with and management doesn't care about it. It cares only about getting things done even if the expectations are unrealistic * Frat House mentality. If you've been around for 5+ years and know people only then you get promoted and given more opportunities. * Unrealistic deadlines. Dependencies to other teams or unexpected roadblocks aren't considered Blocker rather poor performance of employee * You are expected to work on weekends without any comp. Even if it means getting paged at 2 a.m at night *

The culture at Sophos is very horrible, and HR doesn't try to help solve this issue. Politics around all the offices has a very big impact on decisions. There is a lack of respect coming from both your coworkers and managers. A lot of unnecessary gossiping going around. If you want to feel disrespected, even within your own team, join Sophos! I had 3 manager changes in under 5 months. The company cannot retain good talent.
