Good infrastructure, No timings restrictions. Colleagues are nice

Cons

1) There are not any salary structure defined. Fresher getting high salary compare to experience person. 2) Designation is not properly align to years of experience 3) HR is not given a proper answer/response if we ask about HR policies.
