- It is now Sophos, actually - Flexible timing - A few talented people - Good development practices from Sophos

Cons

- Management at Ahmedabad sucks - It ain't open to new ideas - Too too much business oriented, so no innovation - Forces you to work overtime, NOW. (This might be irrelevant in future)
