Almost 0. And yes. there was no VPP given this year. -No team outings. Previously we had pizza parties once a quarter. Now, we get coke parties. YAY! -No shift rotation. Working in night shift? Too bad your shift will change next year only. -You cannot use your smartphone in shift while the management is watching you as they will think you only watch youtube, listen to music or video call and do no work. -You don't get leaves. You have to beg for it. Company holidays will be granted to management.
