As of parting ways their were not really any most had been removed compared to initial draw when hired.

Cons

when faced with crisis CEO was not upfront and honest, played blame game never took responsibility for company not having financial safety net lacks structure and integrity

Work independently, great for those who love to travel. Meet new people everyday, experience different restaurants. Great for those who love puzzles and not afraid to get dirty.

Cons

Schedule can change at any point. Possible have to deal with uncomfortable situations and people.

Pros

I enjoyed my work at Sora, but enjoyed the corporate culture even more. Rewards, incentives, regional and company gatherings, and HR that genuinely went out of their way to make us feel supported, and like family. They told us quite often how valued we were. Haven't found this anywhere else. 5 stars.
