Pros

Great company culture and competitive pay, as well as good benefits. Unlimited PTO and medical insurance. This is a great jumping off point if you want to get into the IT field.

Cons

Expected to be available for weekend work, when this became new policy we were not offered more compensation for this change…

Pros

-Management and coworkers are amazing people. A lot of them come from hospitality so there is a genuine kindness between each other. -You get to work in a ton of restaurant environments which is really fun -Unlimited PTO is one major perk of this company, its only saving grace.

Cons

-CEO seems to be under qualified and not in control. Blames the financial issues the company has on the technicians or contracted companies. Lacks accountability -Poor financial decisions have lead to late paychecks and expense reimbursements (one specific instance pay checks were late 9 days). You are encouraged to put expenses on a credit card but theres no accountability if expenses are reimbursed late since they are paid out monthly this can cause you to miss the payment deadline- so you end up paying interest on money you have used for work. Why not pay weekly? Bi Weekly? -Required to be on call/ available 7am-10pm as an hourly employee- no compensation for this. They didn't seem to understand the labor laws that are in place in all the states they operate in. You are also not allowed to assume you will have the weekend off. You can be scheduled 7 days a week sometimes. (again labor laws...?) -Very difficult to get a raise as they freeze raises 3 times a year (makes sense due to the pay roll issues) If there is a raise freeze during your annual you'll have to wait an additional 3/4 months to even ask -Very little growth potential -Overall a very immature company with people at the top who seem to be making extremely poor choices and it leaves the technicians who are actually working the hours the company can bill out- to dry.

Pros

Great co workers and Managers and higher ups. Company is very much still growing and finding its way but the team is willing to grow listen and get better. Despite being on your own the majority of the time MGMT provides support and you feel you still have a lifeline to reach out to when you need help. Good benefits ie pto, 401k, life insurance. You get most major holidays going from working in other industries to this role with ability to have a hybrid roll is amazing

Cons

the company is still developing and finding its way(start up stages), work and travel is sporadic and ever changing but if you're willing to understand its part of the job and outway the pros vs cons; this con is minor, lots of driving depending of your area, and last minute schedule changes could be annoying but once again not that bad. You to work on your own a lot of the time so if you like having teams or an office to work at you really dont see this unless your working in the call center or office in florida.
