      Pros

      Decent benefits, decent pay. A lot of co-workers are fun to make friends. It is not bad idea to work a few years in the company to get some experience.

      Cons

      Lack of promotions. Only positions we could move up is to apply for any available positions within the department. If we want to explore further opportunities in the company, it would have to be in Salt Lake City.
