Too many to list, however I will try to give you a general idea. They claim to care about their employees, but when it comes to doing anything that demonstrates that value it becomes clear it's only words. The management is told to report any complaints you have and vigorous documentation is maintained on the call center employees. This leads to an environment of distrust from all parties involved.
